We lease this property from the owner and professionally manage it as a short-term or mid-term rental for corporate clients. Our focus is on providing fully serviced, comfortable accommodations for professionals traveling for work.

In our experience, the majority of guests are corporate professionals seeking short-term, fully serviced accommodations. We do occasionally host other types of travelers, but our primary focus is on meeting the needs of business guests.

We manage a select number of homes throughout Florida, keeping our portfolio intentionally small. This allows us to stay hands-on, maintain quality, and provide personalized attention to each property owner.

Our company is based in Florida, and we handle local properties throughout the state.

We have local property managers and maintenance partners who regularly walk the homes, oversee cleanings, and ensure everything stays in excellent condition. Even when we’re not on-site, there’s always someone local keeping eyes on the property.

Typically, for full-service property management of short-term rentals, we charge a percentage of the monthly rental income, usually between 20–35%, depending on the level of service provided. Alternatively, we can structure a fixed monthly lease and handle all operations, allowing you to earn consistent income while we manage the property for corporate guests.
